It's simple. If you are not satisfied with a product, and haven't used it, just return it within 30 days of the date of your invoice for your money back.
If you have used an item, and it breaks within 5 days of its receipt, we'll take it back and refund you or exchange it (your choice). To return the item, contact us for an Return Authorization number, then ship it back in its original packaging with all pamphlets, etcetera. This policy is for all items EXCEPT electric, cordless, and air tools. For those items, see our return policy for electric, cordless, and air tools below.
If you used the item for longer than 5 days and have a problem with it, you'll have to contact the manufacturer directly (sorry, we're not authorized to do any repairs). All manufacturer's phone numbers are listed on this website for your convenience (look up the item on our site, then click the "Warranty Information" link on that product's page).
Contact us at 800-429-3289, or by email at Service@ArizonaTools.com, to obtain a 'Return Goods Authorization' prior to returning the item. We willl require the following information:
- Order number
- Product name, number, and other information to clearly identify it to us.
- Why you'd like to return the item (we shipped the wrong item, you didn't like it, it's ugly, doesn't work, it's cracked, ..., anything to alert us as to the reason. Don't be vague.)
When shipping the item to us, follow these instructions:
- Print-out the email we sent you with the RGA, and place a copy in the box (or write us a note with the RGA number we provided you, along with the order number, your name and phone).
- Insure the item for its full value because you'll be responsible for delivery to us.
- Ship it to us within 10 days of receiving the RGA.
Return Policy for Mis-Shipped and Warranty Claims
If we've shipped you the wrong product, we'll pay for your return shipping and for shipping of its replacement to you.
As mentioned, if you discover the item is defective AFTER 5 days, you must contact the manufacturer and return the item directly to them. If the manufacturer is uncooperative, call us and we'll go to bat for you.
Return policy for electric, cordless, and air tools.
Over the years we found that some customers purchased electric, cordless, or air tools for a single project and then abused our 'No Questions Asked' return policy for a full refund. This resulted in hundreds of tools we were unable to sell as new products. Naturally, this caused us to have to pass these additional costs on to you, the purchasing customer. So, to keep our prices as low as possible, we now no longer refund on these items, unless it's unused. If you buy a electric, cordless, or air tool you will have full warranty coverage from the manufacturer and must seek a repair or refund directly from them in the usual manner (see our "Warranty Information" link on our website for the particular product in question. As always, we'll go to bat for your with the manufacturer if you need our assistance.
