HIT Tools 22-RC13B Manual Rebar Cutter & Bender (1/2" Capacity). Unique two-in-one combination of cutting and bending rebar. Jaws are made of drop forged high grade alloy steel with special heat treatment. Shear-cut blades cut and bend grade 60 rebar to 90 degree or 180 degree. Can be bolted to floor or board for easy one hand operation. Can be bolted to floor or board for easy one hand operation. Cut material hardness up to HRC40. Comes with two open cutting slots. Overall Length: 42", Max Cutting Cap: 1/2", Max Bending Cap: 1/2".
