These are the cones used through the USA by DOT and contractors because these safety cones are tough, fade resistance, tip resistant in high winds, are remain flexible even at -20F. These traffic cones have a wide body design with rugged black base to keep the cone upright, even in high winds.
If you're looking for long-term rugged DOT quality safety cones these are the ones used by highway crews and by most commercial contractors.
Safety Cones with reflective collars meet all MUTCD requirements for night-time visibility. These are the 6" upper and 4" lower reflective collars (18" upper collar only)
