"This is a general comment about air fittings. I'm new to this, and had to buy the wrong parts once or twice to figure it out.
1st order i called in, but the guy said he really didn't know much about these.
My 1" air gun had a 1/2 female, so i bought a 1/2 male NPT for it.
Turns out, the size is the size of the internal dimension, i needed a 3/8 which has threads for 1/2 inch.
I'd think you could maybe add a comment somewhere saying all sizes are for the ID of the fitting.
Might help the next guy.
