Tools with a limited lifetime or 90 days warrant are only valid from the date of original retail purchase. Tools or parts returned to us will be repaired of replaced free of charge if determined to be defective. All defective returned merchandise must be accompanied by sales receipt or invoice with freight or postage prepaid.

"Fast shipping and good packaging. Had to add a significant amount of hyraulic oil right out of the box. Z-fittings looked like they had never been greased. After following the manufacturers instructions for bleeding air from the hydralic system it still took 10-15 lifts to get it all out. Foot pump lifts no faster than the hand pump which results in a extremely slow lift. It's not that important but the jack came in a ugly yellow color instead of the red that was pictured. It does it's job in the end. Mainly it's slow and requires some work to get it working properly"
