"I didnt rate it "worst" because of two reasons.
1. It worked well enough for what I was doing. Even though the controls wern't the smoothest I've seen before. This is simply because it is a low cost model and you do most of the time "Get what you pay for"
2. HOWEVER... the tool has some sharp edges and must be handled with care."
