Very Very Satisfied with the product. I am more surprised with the unbelievable service I have received through the Bayco customer service department. The electrical plug was damaged in shipment and I returned it to Bayco, in just a few days I received the reparted or new product back with a free gift for my inconvenience, WHAT A SURPRISE! Hung from ceiling rafter of the garage to plug 5th wheel into when not camping - keeps batteries charged. Liked the 12/2 core, monitor light, heavey mounting bracket and overall quality materials used. Only complaint - is the cord stop slides on cord, had to use a little electrical tape around the cord and then it stayed secure just fine.
