Great tool. I use the first gun at home for everything from testing the cooking temperatures of different cookware to testing the air leakage around my house. You would be surprised the difference in cooking temperatures of one brand of cookware over another and the differences in temperature ranges in your house.

We use the second gun at work for checking skin temperatures inside and outside our officer's body armor when they are working in the heat.

This is a tool I can use for many things. Already I have proved the radiant barrier paint in my attic is working. A 15 deg F difference from my neighbor's!! I use it for automotive troubleshooting and it works great.

What we have seen so far it is a good unit and we are happy with the product. We will mostly be checking engine heat, drive train and jet drive components heat up.

Should be a great assist in our testing of a new marine boat
