Damaged bolt or nut threads can be an annoying, costly problem–unless you have one of our thread chasers.
This thread chaser will quickly restore threads to near original condition without the use of expensive thread-cutting equipment.
Tighten the tool slightly on the good threads, then back off over the damaged thread area to restore the threads.
The die cast alloy V-pad (206803) will not damage the threads.
V-pads and dies can be replaced when worn out.
