Very disappointed. I use IR heavy duty air products working in the trucking industry, everything from starters to air guns, and that stuff always works, even under the worst conditions. I bought this comealong based on the name alone. Big mistake. First thing I noticed when opening the box was "made in China". I used the comealong part time, not on the job, it lasted less than a year. Flimsy rachet, cheap parts through out. Should have known that IR is known for air power, not hand tools. Don't make the same mistake, get the Maasdam instead; I did and am much happier.
