It is to be a Christmas present to my son-in-law so it won't be used until after Christmas. It looked good but that is as much as I can tell you.

these are a very useful accessory for a garage workshop.

These reel cords have been installed in science classrooms in a high school in Citrus County , Florida. The 10Amp. circut breaker on each plug is a real plus for the classroom instructor, instead of tripping a circut breaker in some far off panel and having to call a school maintenance person the teacher can correct the student problem and reset the breaker in the room in a short time. This has been a great answer to the "standard" power poles usually installed in classrooms which become a sight disturbance for anyone in the classroom. The reel cords themselves are hidden in the suspended ceiling with just the receptacle end of the cord protruding out overhead, and can be pulled down when needed. We install a ceiling box with a plate and run the cord through that in order to stop the cord at a predetermined height and so as not to damage the ceiling tiles.
