What an awesome tool and kit! After wasting hundreds of dollars on Harbor Freight junk plastic welders, I finally broke down and ordered this quality unit from Arizona Tools. Even my wife is impressed with the repairs I can make at home. It's paid for itself in less than 2 weeks and I'm not even good with it yet!

I watched the dvd. Unpacked the welder and started repairing plastic barrels we use constantly. It is very easy to use and do a good job with very little practice. I repaired the blower on my john deere mower. To replace the cowling would have been at least $100. In my spare time in one week i have already paid for the welder. Great product! Evon

We had been using a hot air welder fronm Harbour Freight, and the results from the mini weld model 6 is 100 times better.

I first used it to repair the cowling on a push mower. It was amazing. I thought it would be a tough job, but the plastic flowed right together. I was really amazed that the head cleaned itself! This was my first plastic repair. I'm going to add it to my business!

I have used a plastic welder for many years in my body shop business. I ordered the Urethane Mini Weld Model 6 Plastic Welder to replace my existing welder that finally died. I have used this type of welder to weld many things from horse water tanks to car parts. It is a fantastic asset to my business. I would recommend this welder to anyone. My boys have even used it to weld things for there motorcycles and lawn mower gas tanks.
